The next stage of our org change was announced today and, of course, I can’t tell you anything much about it … except to say that there isn’t all that much to tell.
Lots of the highlights are things we’d all kind of guessed. And the stuff we’re actually interested in - who’s doing what, working for whom and who’s not - isn’t done yet.
For all that there was precious little information supplied to us all, there was a hell of a lot of twittering around the office afterwards.
I’ll probably be on holidays by the time the bit that effects me is announced and that’s fine. I find watching everybody else carry on like pork chops and speculate wildly about motives and machinations really kind of annoying. I’m much more of a ‘tell me about it when it’s done, not before, and I’ll be happy’ kind of attitude. I really don’t need the blow-by-blow.
